Established in 2009, MailaDoc, a Xerox Company, is committed to providing our customers with great value for money while still giving exceptional customer service. We are a highly efficient print and mailing company with state of the art equipment and ISO accreditations for security, environmental and quality management, so you know your data and mail is safe with us.

We use a range of sophisticated solutions and technology to fulfill all of our customers’ requirements whether it’s sorting their data so they save significantly on postage or introducing them to our hybrid mail system where we can print and send out their office mail.

With over 50 years of combined staff experience in the industry, we have a wealth of knowledge ready at your disposal. We have in-house designers and data handling experts who are experienced in combining variable data and image printing into your direct mail campaign, giving you the ability to personalise your mail and achieve better response rates.

ISO 9001 is the international standard that sets out the criteria for a quality management system (QMS). This accreditation means we continually monitor and manage quality across all of our operations, as well as benchmarking the organisation’s performance and service.
ISO 14001 is the international standard for environmental management. It means that we use systematic and process driven approach to controlling those aspects of our business that have a significant impact on the environment.
ISO 27001 is the international Standard that describes best practice for an information security management system (ISMS). This accreditation demonstrates that we are following international information security best practices.
Mailmark® utilises 2D and 4D State barcodes to enable retail and wholesale business customers to access the lowest postage rates available and valuable information about individual mailings.
The NHS Information Governance Toolkit is an assessment of compliance with law and central guidance for organisations providing technology services to the NHS. It ensures all suppliers meet standards for confidentiality, data protection and information security.
